2 cups wheat flour
1 ½ cup (tea) oat flakes
1 package butter (200g)
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and put together? with the fingertips until a homogeneous and malleable mass is obtained.
Make small balls of dough and place in a greased baking sheet, leaving a distance of about 1 cm between them.
Flatten the balls lightly with a fork and bake in medium oven for about 20 minutes or until dry.
Serve the cookies as soon as they cool down.
